All returns must contain its RA(Return Authorization) number issued from our company. Request for RA must be made via email within 15 days of merchandise purchase. Claims of damage, defect, or error must be made within 7 days after receiving your order. Failure to report within 7 days changes the RMA Terms and Conditions in which you will qualify for.

Returns of non-defective items must be made within 15 days after receiving the items, in its original packaging and in salable condition. A restocking fee may apply depend on the condition of returned item. Shipping and handling related charges are not refundable.

All returns must be unopened condition. If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee. Restocking fee does not apply to defective items. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the product(s) back to our facility for exchange.
